These terms are the agreement between you and Jobareer ("we," "us," or "our") for your use of jobareer.com and the services on it. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The Service

Jobareer collects job listings from across the web, matches them to the job alerts you set up, and emails you the new ones. It also lets you store resumes and keep track of the jobs you have applied to.

Job listings come from third-party websites and employers. We do not write them, we are not the employer, and applying happens on the third party's site. We cannot promise that a listing is accurate, still open, or genuine, or that using Jobareer will lead to an interview or a job. Salary ranges and job summaries shown on the site may be estimates produced by software, including AI, and can be wrong.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give us an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are for your own job search and may not be shared or resold.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Some features need a paid plan. The plans and prices are on our pricing page.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices. We will tell you by email before a new price applies to your next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or republish the listings or other content of the site in bulk;
• use the site to send spam or to collect information about other people;
• upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
• try to break, overload, or get around the security or plan limits of the site.

5. Your Content

Your resumes and profile details remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our Content

The Jobareer name, logo, site design, and software belong to us. The job listings belong to their respective owners.

Copyright Complaints

If you own a listing or other material shown on Jobareer and believe it infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: the material and where it appears on our site, where the original is, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or act for the owner. We will remove material that infringes.

7. Ending Your Use

You can stop using Jobareer at any time and delete your account from the bottom of your profile page. Deleting your account cancels any subscription. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every alert email will be delivered.

9. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jobareer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on a job listing. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you or post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

Jobareer is operated by DropinAdmin, a company registered in the State of Florida, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
