Built during a job search
Jobareer started as one person's tool. I, the founder, was looking for work and kept running into the same wall: by the time I found a listing, hundreds of people had already applied. My resume was fine. I was just late.
So I built something that told me about a new listing while it was still new. The screenshot is one day of my own search: 89 emails, each one a job I could apply to before most people had seen it.
Jobareer is that tool, opened up to anyone who is looking for work.

Good people are applying too late
Applying takes one click now, so a single listing can collect hundreds of applicants in a few hours. The people hiring cannot read them all. One of them put it this way:
"I am hiring and I received hundreds of resumes. I looked at 20, interviewed 5 and hired 1."
We cannot promise that your resume will be read. Nobody can. What we can do is tell you about the job early enough that yours is near the top of the pile.

Each plan has a set number of jobs we email in any 24 hours, so you know what to expect. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link.
