A job alert service. You tell us the job title you want, and we email you new listings for it while they are still new, so you can apply before the pile of resumes gets long. How it works explains why being early matters.

Enter your email on the home page. We send you a link to choose your password. Then add a job alert with the job title you are looking for. That is all we need.

No. The Free plan needs no card and does not turn into a paid plan.

No. Every job we show or email links to the original listing, and you apply there. We do not send your resume or your details to employers.

Yes. Browse Jobs lets you search the listings we have. When you are logged in, the bookmark on a job saves it to Saved Jobs in your dashboard.

A job title you want us to watch, for example "Dental Assistant". We look for new jobs that match and email them to you. You can add, pause or remove an alert at any time on Job Alerts in your dashboard.

We look for new listings all day, and email you a match the moment we find it. Each email has a link to the listing so you can apply right away.

Pause or remove the alert that sends them, or change its job title to something more exact, on Job Alerts in your dashboard. A more exact title ("Pediatric Nurse" instead of "Nurse") gives fewer, closer matches.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any job email. Your account and alerts stay as they are, and you can turn emails back on from Job Alerts in your dashboard.

Check your spam folder first, and mark our email as "not spam" if it is there. Then check on Job Alerts that you have an alert, that it is not paused, and that emails are turned on. If the job title is rare, there may be no new listings for it yet.

Yes. It needs no card and does not turn into a paid plan. It has 1 job alert and sends up to 5 new jobs a day.

More job titles watched and more jobs emailed a day: 1 alert on Free, 5 alerts on Fast and 15 alerts on First. Every plan, Free included, gets a new job the moment we find it. The Pricing page has the prices.

Up to the number on your plan in any 24 hours: 5 on Free, 40 on Fast and 150 on First. You get fewer on a day when fewer new jobs match your alerts. We do not fill the number with jobs that do not match.

New matches are counted on your dashboard but not emailed. Emails start again as soon as you are back under your number, which is counted over the last 24 hours, not from midnight.

Most job searches are measured in weeks. A weekly plan costs the least to start and stops the week you stop needing it; monthly and 3-month plans cost less per week if you expect a longer search. You can switch at any time.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 24 hours of a charge, we refund it in full. The Refund Policy has the details.

You do not need one: the Free plan is there for as long as you want it. Paid plans are weekly, monthly or for 3 months.

Yes. Upload PDF or Word files, up to 2 MB each, on My Resume in your dashboard. Keep as many as you need, for example one for each kind of job, and open or download them whenever you apply.

Only you. It is checked for viruses, stored privately, and not shown or sent to employers.

No. Only your name and email are needed. The rest (phone, address, education) is what most job applications ask for, so it is handy to have in one place, but it is optional.

Use Forgot Password. We email you a link to choose a new one.

On My Profile in your dashboard. A new email address starts working once you click the link we send to it.

At the bottom of My Profile. It permanently deletes your profile, resumes, job alerts and history, and cancels any subscription. It cannot be undone.

No. The Privacy Policy lists what we keep and the service providers that handle it for us.

Yes. Free Tools has a job application tracker template. It is free and needs no account.
