Delete your Jobareer account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time:

• In the Jobareer app: You → Settings → Delete account.
• On the website: log in, open Profile, and press Delete account at the bottom.
• Without the app or a password: type your email below. We send a link; open it and press Delete.

What is deleted

At once, and for good: your profile and job application answers, job alerts, the jobs we sent you and the ones you opened or saved, your applications and work search record, resumes and the files you uploaded, Career Coach conversations, the answers we remembered for forms, and the phones signed in to the account.

What is kept

Stories you sent stay published, without your name, only if you choose to leave them up. Payment records stay with Stripe, Apple or Google as the law requires. A report you sent us about an answer or a story stays, without your account.

Paid plans

A plan bought on jobareer.com is cancelled when the account is deleted. A plan bought in the App Store or on Google Play is billed by Apple or Google: cancel it there too, in your phone's subscription settings.
