Overview

Meetsta is seeking a skilled and innovative DevOps / DevSecOps Founding Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance software delivery processes.
• Integrate security measures into the DevOps lifecycle to ensure compliance and data protection.
• Monitor system performance and security vulnerabilities, applying proactive measures as needed.
• Optimize and streamline processes to improve collaborative workflows between development and operations teams.
• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using industry-standard tools and practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in best practices for DevOps and security.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product management teams to define and document workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles with hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Understanding of networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous integration and deployment methodologies.
