Meetsta is seeking a proactive and innovative DevOps / DevSecOps - Founding Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and deploy infrastructure that meets performance and security standards.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across all environments.
• Implement best practices for security within DevOps processes and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Document architecture, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and maintainability of systems.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of security measures to comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role with a focus on security.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this position, you will work with a diverse set of technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS for cloud infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, Terraform for infrastructure as code, Jenkins and GitLab for CI/CD, as well as security tools such as Snyk and Aqua Security.
