Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, operations, or similar role.
• Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
