Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the uptime and performance of production systems and applications.
• Assist in incident management and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement reliable solutions and best practices.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of system automation tools.
• Help establish and reinforce monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems to improve system reliability.
• Document operational processes, create runbooks, and share knowledge with other team members.
• Support capacity planning and change management processes to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Linux systems and server administration.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus.
