Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance of production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot incidents, diagnose issues, and resolve them in a timely manner, minimizing service disruption.
• Assist in the deployment and scaling of applications while adhering to best practices.
• Work with engineering teams to design system architecture and improve system performance.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address potential issues.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
• Document operational procedures and system architecture for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems, especially Linux.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
