Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor infrastructure to ensure systems meet availability and performance targets.

• Participate in incident response, analyzing failures and proposing improvements.
• Document processes, systems, and improvements to foster knowledge sharing.
• Support regular maintenance and updates of production systems.
• Engage in on-call duties as part of the incident management rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably involving DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby).
• Keen problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools.
