• Document system configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and continuity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, systems administration, or software engineering role.

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with API integrations.
• Understanding of networking concepts and principles, including TCP/IP and DNS.
