Job Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Summit Human Capital, you will play a critical role in enhancing and optimizing our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Collaborate with software developers to streamline development processes through automation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues within the infrastructure, offering solutions to improve reliability.
• Develop scripts to automate various deployment and operational tasks.
• Maintain and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) ensuring security best practices are followed.
• Document processes and create knowledge sharing materials for team members and training new resources.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives with an emphasis on reducing time to market and enhancing product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
