Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist

In this fully remote, full-time role, you will help maintain the financial health of a behavioral healthcare organization by ensuring insurance claims are accurately processed, reimbursed, and resolved. You will manage complex accounts receivable cases, investigate claim denials, and coordinate appeals to accelerate payments from insurance companies and third-party payers. Working closely with billing teams, healthcare providers, patients, and insurers, you will help resolve payment discrepancies and improve collections outcomes. Your expertise will support efficient revenue cycle operations while contributing to the organization's ability to deliver essential crisis care services.
