- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment resolutions.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, debits, and customer disputes.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and supporting documentation.
- Support cash application and payment posting activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warranty teams to resolve account issues.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience managing collections and analyzing customer credit.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
- Experience with account aging, payment follow-up, and reconciliation activities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and resolve billing discrepancies.
