Role Overview

Seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality care for patients with acute medical conditions, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, education, safety, and adherence to nursing standards. Nurses will develop and implement individualized care plans, assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and communicate effectively across the care continuum.

Responsibilities Include

Promoting patient and family education on illness management and post-treatment care.
Participating in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
Assessing patient needs, values, and barriers to involvement, ensuring holistic, culturally sensitive care.
Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
Licensure: RN license required.
Experience: No experience necessary; 2+ years preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
