Our client is a prominent digital media and publishing organization expanding its internal technology and innovation initiatives. They are looking for a proactive coordinator to help drive employee enablement and tool adoption across various business units. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to answer questions, track practical use cases, and support smooth, everyday usage of emerging AI tools.

Job Title: AI Adoption Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)

Duration: 3-month contract to start

Pay Rate: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr. W2 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Support and engage internal employees to drive day-to-day adoption of AI tools across business units.
Help organize training initiatives, answer user questions, and assist with onboarding efforts.
Track and document practical AI use cases, improving current spreadsheet-based reporting processes.
Collect user feedback, survey data, and business outcomes to support ongoing program reporting.

Requirements

1-3 years of professional work experience in project coordination, enablement, or business analysis.
Strong day-to-day proficiency with generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot).
Solid experience working with Microsoft Excel to organize, manage, and track data.
Excellent communication skills; background in media, publishing, or journalism preferred.
