We believe the biggest opportunity in AI isn’t simply writing code faster. It’s understanding how a business works, identifying what can be improved, and building solutions that deliver measurable value.

We’re looking for a logical thinker and hands-on builder who can turn real business problems into working applications using AI.

The role

You’ll work directly with the business and its teams to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies, document requirements, and build applications that solve real problems.

Our initial focus will be internal business improvement. As we develop confidence in your ability, you’ll help adapt proven solutions for our customers.

This is not a conventional coding role. We value problem-solving, customer understanding, product thinking, and execution over programming credentials alone.

What you’ll do

● Understand the problem: Speak with business users, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how work actually gets done.

● Identify opportunities: Find manual, repetitive, paper-based, or inefficient workflows that can be digitized or automated.

● Define the solution: Translate business requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs), process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

● Build with AI: Use AI coding agents and modern development tools to build functional web applications, dashboards, and automations.

● Test and improve: Work with users to validate solutions, collect feedback, and iterate.

● Measure impact: Demonstrate improvements in processing time, productivity, errors, cost, or visibility.

● Document your work: Ensure that requirements, decisions, limitations, and implementation details are clearly recorded.

Who we’re looking for

You could be an early-career professional, product-minded business analyst, startup builder, consultant, or developer who enjoys solving business problems.

What matters most is:

● Strong logical and analytical thinking.

● Curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions.

● An ability to understand business processes and simplify complexity.

● Clear written and verbal communication.

● Practical interest in building applications using AI tools.

● Ownership from problem discovery through delivery.

● A willingness to experiment, learn, and improve.

A computer science degree is not mandatory. Demonstrated ability and working projects are more important than qualifications alone.

Your first 90 days

Days 1–15: Understand

Learn how our business operates, speak with internal users, map workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Days 16–30: Define

Prioritize a problem and produce a clear PRD, process flow, proposed solution, and measurable success criteria.

Days 31–60: Build

Use AI-assisted development tools to build a working prototype and test it with internal users.

Days 61–90: Validate

Improve the solution, measure its impact, document the results, and recommend whether it should be adopted internally or developed into a customer offering.

Progression through the pilot will depend on demonstrated performance and agreed deliverables.

Compensation and evaluation

We propose a paid, milestone-based initial 90-day evaluation:

● First 30 days: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, focused on business discovery, problem definition, and PRD quality.

● Days 31–90: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month, subject to a satisfactory first-month review and progress on the prototype.

After the evaluation, compensation and role scope will be discussed based on demonstrated ability, independence, and delivery.
