What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning / AI models
• Implement data processing pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications via REST APIs and microservices
• Perform model monitoring, performance tuning, and re-training in production
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews
• Document technical designs, models, and implementation approaches

What we are looking for

• 15+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and model evaluation and validation
• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
