Job Description

CTDI is an engineering, repair, and logistics company serving wireless telecommunications, high-speed internet, and cable providers. The AI Software Developer will build and support AI applications, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions that turn enterprise data into self-service business tools. The role collaborates with engineering, data, and business teams to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and support AI-powered applications, agents, and RAG solutions
Build integrations using AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Athena, and Glue
Work with Snowflake data models to deliver accurate, data-driven user experiences
Convert legacy reporting and manual processes into scalable AI-enabled applications
Design, test, debug, deploy, and maintain software solutions
Collaborate with technical leads, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and Agile development activities
