Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AI / ML Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AWS Cloud Services, and OpenAI/LLM technologies, with hands-on experience building scalable AI applications and integrating them into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
Build and maintain AI-powered applications using OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Work with structured and unstructured data for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Build and manage data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Ensure model performance, reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Technical Skills

Strong programming expertise in Python.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as:

Scikit-learn
Pandas
NumPy
TensorFlow or PyTorch

Experience with Generative AI and OpenAI APIs.
Strong understanding of:

Large Language Models (LLMs)
Prompt Engineering
RAG Architectures
Embeddings and Vector Search

Experience with AWS Services, including:

AWS Lambda
EC2
S3
API Gateway
SageMaker
Bedrock (preferred)
CloudWatch

Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments.
