It manages around 12 brands and aims to scale operations efficiently to support business growth.

About the Opportunity:

The AMAZON OPERATIONS MANAGER role is responsible for overseeing brand-building operations and managing two key pipelines—new product development and client launch processes. This position ensures smooth coordination across sourcing, supply chain, catalogue, design, and PPC functions while maintaining clear client communication. The role is critical for maintaining operational flow, enabling founders to focus on broader business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain to track orders, stock, logistics, and forecast sales
  • Resolve blockers and follow up on outstanding quotes and priorities
  • Coordinate catalogue, design, and PPC specialists to meet deadlines
  • Manage the client brand-building journey and communicate updates regularly
  • Maintain trackers and reporting, flagging issues with action plans
  • Improve operational systems through SOPs, workflows, and automation
  • Lead weekly operations meetings and report progress and risks to founders
  • Develop into broader operations leadership with team-building opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years in operations leadership within e-commerce, Amazon, or supply-chain-heavy businesses
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, catalogue workflows, and product launch processes
  • Demonstrated client management skills, including handling difficult conversations professionally
  • High organizational skills with excellent follow-through and tracker maintenance
  • Proficient in written English suitable for client communication
  • Experience designing and implementing disciplined processes; familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-team coordination and accountability skills
  • Self-directed with proactive problem-solving capabilities
  • Located in or working hours overlapping with EU time zones
  • Proficient in using AI tools to enhance workflows

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
