Salary Range: $54,000-58,240

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Process accounts payable invoices by coding transactions and securing manager approvals before payment.
Support timely payments and maintain accurate W-9 records to help prevent late fees and documentation issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly checks and support daily deposits.
Provide limited accounts receivable support, including monthly statements and follow-up on aged receivables.
Provide coverage for team members when needed to support continuity across payables and deposit activities.

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

At least one year of accounts payable experience.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Organization and the ability to contribute within a team environment
