Job Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing on APIs.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze API specifications to develop corresponding validation protocols.
• Monitor and report on API performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, specifically with APIs.

• Experience with automation testing frameworks like Selenium or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
