Application Support Developer – Healthcare Integration Platforms

Location: Onsite/Hybrid

Job Summary

Seeking an Application Support Developer to support healthcare integration platforms, including CMS Transactions & Prior Authorization Middleware and Health OS Data Services (Clinical Integration APIs). The role focuses on production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Java-based applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
Troubleshoot applications built on Java, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
Support HL7 FHIR APIs and healthcare integration workflows.
Monitor application health, performance, and system availability.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
Support releases, deployments, and operational improvements.
Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams.

Required Skills

Java / Spring Boot

Production Support & Incident Management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare integrations or clinical data platforms.
Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Work Schedule

Must be available to work during EST/ET business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/ET) and provide operational support as required.
