Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and enhance applications used in proprietary trading operations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, responding to incidents promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and improvements based on user feedback and requirements.
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
