Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for applications, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand application functionality.
• Monitor application performance and system health, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, optimizing resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
• Develop scripts and tools for automation of repetitive tasks, enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Document processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations for reference.
• Participate in on-call support rotations to address any critical issues that occur outside of normal working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application support, system administration, or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their services.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with an ability to work under pressure.
