• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain documentation of processes, systems configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Work with cloud infrastructure services to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
• Assist in maintaining security protocols and compliance standards across the application lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call support rotation as necessary to ensure continuous application availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application support, DevOps, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
