You will work directly with healthcare organizations to transform complex data into actionable insights that support better patient care and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple enterprise healthcare accounts, covering data integration, pilot design, production pipelines, and ongoing operations.
  • Design and explain commercially relevant experimental studies, including predictive analyses that identify patients who may benefit from earlier care.
  • Build automated, customer-specific pipelines to train models, generate scores, and deliver insights at scale.
  • Collaborate with clinical, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
  • Identify recurring patterns across customer engagements and communicate high-value requirements to product teams.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of applied data science experience, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead working sessions with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and explaining commercially relevant studies, evaluating model performance accurately, and communicating methodologies clearly.
  • Hands-on experience developing production-ready Python applications using pandas, scikit-learn, and Airflow, including shipping code beyond notebooks.
  • Experience building distributed data and machine learning pipelines using Spark or PySpark and delivering complex systems end to end.
  • Healthcare or life sciences experience involving claims, electronic health records (EHR), HL7/FHIR, laboratory data, population health analytics, or internal healthcare datasets.
  • Experience with cloud data and machine learning tools such as AWS, S3, Glue, EMR, MWAA, SageMaker, SQL, or Postgres.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a healthcare technology startup.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranges from $180,000 to $240,000.
