Technical Program Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale, interconnected initiatives across cross-functional engineering teams. In this role, you will lead complex technical programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment between strategic business objectives and engineering execution.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between deep technical implementation and high-level executive strategy, combining hands-on Scrum and Waterfall project management expertise with solid cloud technology domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Risk Management

Design and execute robust governance structures for complex, multi-team programs spanning both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Proactively track, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, scope changes, and budget allocations across interconnected projects.
Establish metrics and reporting structures to ensure predictable delivery timelines and clear operational visibility.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Serve as the central point of contact for program status, health, and strategic alignment across all organizational levels.
Tailor technical and operational communications effectively for diverse audiences, from hands-on software engineers to senior executives.
Manage competing priorities and expectations, building consensus among technical leads, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Business & Strategic Acumen

Align program technical outcomes directly with high-level customer and business strategies, focusing on quantifiable metrics such as ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Look beyond traditional project schedules to assess long-term business impact and customer value realization.
