Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Distribute primary bond deals and bring secondary client flows to Credit Market Making desk.
• Compile weekly primary bond distribution report for FICC management.
• Client coverage support shadowed by senior sales eg ticketing, market commentaries, account maintenance
• Develop account relationships for distribution of FICC products.
• Cross sell products from other desks.
• Back up other team members on the flow sales desk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or a related field.
• Attained all required regulatory qualifications to carry out necessary client service activities.
• 2-3 years of experience in fixed income products preferred.
• Good potential to build up relationships with offshore and onshore FICC accounts - real money, banks and corporates.
• Team player, good personality and motivation.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Other language skills highly desirable.
