ATM Manager

The ATM Manager II oversees operations related to armored car transportation, currency processing, and ATM services in a secure environment.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of drivers, messengers, and guards, ensuring efficient ATM route logistics, maintaining security protocols, and providing high-quality customer service. The role involves coordinating with on-site operations, analyzing logistics, and implementing process improvements to enhance safety, cost-efficiency, and service reliability.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of operations experience in transportation or logistics, 1 year of supervisory experience, a valid Class B driver’s license with air brakes, and the ability to meet Department of Transportation requirements. Additional qualifications include being 21 or older, possessing a firearms permit or ability to obtain one, and lifting at least 50 pounds.

Preferred skills include 5+ years of ATM operations experience, knowledge of route analysis, lean methodologies, budgeting, and a bachelor’s degree. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
