The ATM Supervisor oversees a team supporting Cash in Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance within an armed environment.

The ATM Supervisor oversees a team supporting Cash in Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance within an armed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise CIT employees, including drivers, messengers, and guards.
- Manage daily operations such as route planning, scheduling, and branch opening/closing.
- Maintain a secure environment, prioritizing employee safety and security of assets.
- Provide coaching, skill development, and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures, regulatory compliance, and inventory controls.
- Assist management to meet branch goals and perform cross-functional duties as needed.
- Minimum 3 years in transportation/logistics operations.
- Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one, along with a guard card/license.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Preferred experience as an armored car driver, route analysis, logistics, or process improvement knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
