- Assist customers with parts identification and product recommendations
- Answer basic automotive questions and provide guidance on purchases
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and aligned with company standards
- Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions according to established policies
- Follow all operational and customer service procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic automotive knowledge with willingness to learn and grow
- Accuracy and attention to detail for transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and support a team
