Job Overview

The AWS Cloud Engineer will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions for our clients. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
• Manage and optimize cloud services to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Automate deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications and provide support during the deployment process.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement best practices for cloud security.
• Provide technical documentation and support for cloud infrastructure and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related role, specifically with AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage solutions in the cloud environment.
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.

Technologies & Tools

This position utilizes a range of technologies and tools including, but not limited to, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or other related solutions would also be highly beneficial.
