Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures and solutions on AWS to support application development and deployment.
• Manage and monitor AWS resources, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
• Collaborate with development teams to define cloud strategy and best practices for application deployment.
• Perform cost analysis and optimization of AWS services to maintain budget constraints.
• Evaluate existing cloud architectures and recommend enhancements as necessary.
• Implement disaster recovery solutions and achieve high availability of services.
• Maintain documentation of cloud service configurations, operational processes, and security protocols.
• Provide training and support to teams on AWS best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud engineering or architecture.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices and data protection strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Technologies & Tools
