Job Overview

Radiansys Inc. is seeking a dedicated AWS Cloud Security Engineer with expertise in Terraform to join our team in a remote capacity. This position will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud security frameworks and protocols on AWS platforms. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards for AWS cloud environments.
• Use Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of AWS resources with a focus on security controls.
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments on cloud architectures.
• Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and perform incident response activities as needed.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide regular training and support to staff on security practices and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements related to cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS cloud security roles.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
• Solid understanding of AWS security services (e.g., IAM, KMS, Security Hub).
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty or similar are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
