Overview

Forbright Bank is seeking a highly skilled AWS Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to improve system availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable software releases.
• Automate operational processes and tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure application reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to optimize workflows and deliver projects on time.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard application infrastructure and data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on AWS services.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools and logging solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Technologies & Tools

The ideal candidate will work with a variety of technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
