Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

AWS EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS and SQS/SNS

Terraform/CloudFormation, Kubernetes and Well-Architected practices

Security, observability, resilience, DR and cost optimization

Cloud-native integration and customer-facing architecture governance

Roles & Responsibilities

Define secure, scalable and resilient AWS solution architectures

Establish network, identity, compute, container, database and messaging patterns

Review IaC, security, observability, DR and cost controls

Guide engineering teams and present architecture decisions to stakeholders

In addition Support Engineer should be able to do the following

1. Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore

2. Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite–offshore coordination across distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standards
