Overview

eTek IT Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Azure DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines on the Azure platform. This position will involve collaborating with multiple teams to automate and streamline our operations, improve system reliability, and enhance service delivery through innovative solutions. The Azure DevOps Engineer will also contribute to enhancing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability, while adhering to best practices in security and governance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define, design, and deploy cloud-based solutions on Azure.
• Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting of deployment issues.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
• Provide technical guidance and support for the development and operations teams in adopting best practices.
• Participate in incident response and problem management to ensure minimal downtime and service interruptions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps and related CI/CD best practices.
• Experience in automating infrastructure and application deployments.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages including PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
