About The Role
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Engineer III to join the NG-SIEM Global Serverless Platform team in the United States. In this role, you will help build and evolve the serverless platform behind CrowdStrike’s next-generation security information and event management capabilities. The platform supports high-volume security data and helps customers gain timely, actionable insight into potential threats.
You will contribute across the software development lifecycle, from understanding technical requirements and designing services to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. Working with engineers and partners across the organization, you will help create dependable, scalable systems that meet demanding performance and reliability needs. This position is suited to an engineer who enjoys complex distributed systems, takes ownership of outcomes, and is motivated by work that directly supports cybersecurity customers.

The ability to communicate technical ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and work through ambiguous problems is essential. A security-minded approach, curiosity about emerging technologies, and responsible use of AI tools are also valued.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and operate services and platform components that support NG-SIEM capabilities. Help improve the scalability, availability, performance, and resilience of distributed systems that process substantial volumes of security data. Investigate and resolve software defects and production issues, using appropriate monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify root causes. Strengthen automated testing, deployment practices, operational readiness, and service observability. Review code and technical proposals, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with teammates. Partner with product, infrastructure, and engineering colleagues to understand customer needs and deliver improvements. Take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress and risks, and continuously look for ways to improve engineering effectiveness and platform quality.
Benefits
CrowdStrike offers an environment designed to support meaningful work, professional growth, and flexibility. Employees can expect opportunities to develop their skills, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and contribute to a mission with real-world impact.
