Job Responsibilities

• Monitor backend services and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Act as the primary point of contact for production support inquiries and incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and provide insights for long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Document support incidents and maintain knowledge base articles for internal use.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when required.
• Assist in the deployment of new backend services and updates to existing services.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior support engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in backend production support or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proficient understanding of API architecture and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
