Prior experience as baker, cook, line cook, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen crew, boh is very helpful to the success at this jobBaker / Cook Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to manage others
• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to speak and read English fluently
• Dunkin Donuts/Coffee shop/QSR experience a plus

• Managing Back of House team members
• Assuring food quality and execution
• Managing and maintaining back kitchen cleanliness
