Pitmaster | West Texas

Seeking a Pitmaster to join a dynamic team of culinary professionals in a truly unique hospitality environment. This opportunity is based on a working cattle ranch and exclusive private members-only golf club in West Texas, featuring a high-end Texas steakhouse experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a from the ground up. The club currently features one restaurant, with a second concept scheduled to open in 2027. Candidates must have strong Pitmaster, basic culinary knowledge and a strong understanding of upscale Texas barbecue and live-fire cooking techniques.

Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in fast-paced culinary operations, and possess a true passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
