Job Description

Behavior Interventionist (ABA)

Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with autism in home, school, and center-based settings.

Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical guidance
Deliver skill-building and behavior intervention services aligned with ABA goals
Collect and record data to track progress and support clinical decision-making
Collaborate with supervisors/clinical team members to review outcomes and adjust strategies
Support parent training by reinforcing techniques and communicating progress
Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and safety-focused approach with clients and families

Qualifications & Skills

Compassionate, patient, and client-centered mindset
Ability to follow individualized ABA plans and implement behavior strategies
Strong data collection and documentation skills
Teamwork and willingness to collaborate and receive supervision
Effective communication with families and clinical staff
