Role: ABA Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect, document, and analyze behavior data to monitor progress
- Support skill development in home, school, and community environments
- Collaborate with caregivers and ministry staff to ensure consistent support
- Model effective strategies and foster a nurturing, faith-based environment
- Compassionate and dedicated professionals with a desire to integrate clinical practice with Christian values
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with families and staff
- Ability to implement ABA strategies effectively across diverse settings
- Interest in contributing to community impact through faith-driven support
