Bilingual Store Associate to support customer service and retail operations in a paint and coatings store.
Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in English and another language.
- Recommend paints, coatings, and related supplies based on customer needs.
- Accurately process sales transactions and support order pick-up.
- Mix and tint paint using store procedures.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and support inventory control.
- Help keep the store clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in product learning and training.
- Bilingual communication skills (English + another language).
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to provide product guidance.
- Accuracy with POS transactions and basic retail operations.
- Comfort with paint mixing/tinting and following safety procedures.
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to diversity, inclusion, growth, and innovation.
