What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking children and families
- Collect and document session data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
- Maintain professional communication with families
- Provide consistent, compassionate, and engaging support during
- Active RBT certification required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
- $21–$25/hour
- No bonus structure — your hourly rate is your hourly rate
