The role requires close attention to invoice details and steady communication about customer account questions.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer invoices using approved rates and documented billing information.
Investigate duplicate charges, missing credits, and routine account discrepancies.
Maintain clear account notes and attach relevant billing documents.
Keep invoice schedules and billing status trackers current.
Use billing software to retrieve account histories and verify posted transactions.
Check invoice line items against service records or purchase documentation.
Answer customer invoice questions through the designated support channels.

Qualifications

Comfort working with invoice figures, account records, and spreadsheets.
Understanding of basic invoicing and payment terminology.
Responsible treatment of confidential account information.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow documented approval and adjustment procedures.

Annual base salary: $68,000–$70,000 USD.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
