Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Health Promotion to support safe wellness practices and educational initiatives.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine or related health sciences to explain product benefits and limitations responsibly.
• Ability to learn and adhere to product safety guidelines, including CBD and supplement regulations.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in retail, wellness, healthcare, or a related field is beneficial.
• Relevant certification or education in health, wellness, nutrition, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
