As a Biofuels Corporate Strategy Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives that support the development and growth of biofuels-related business opportunities. You will lead key workstreams, translating complex market dynamics, financial insights, and business challenges into actionable strategies and well-informed decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners, you will help shape strategic priorities, evaluate opportunities, and structure collaborative agreements. Your responsibilities will span market research, financial planning, operating model design, and negotiations, giving you broad exposure to high-impact business decisions. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage interdependencies, and ensure initiatives progress efficiently toward defined objectives. The position is available remotely across the United States, with an option to work in person at the headquarters in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
